How do I become a seller?

To become a seller, register for an account and select "Seller" as your account type. You'll need to provide business information and verification documents. Once approved by our admin team, you can start listing your products.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and GCash payments. Each seller may have different payment options available. Check the seller's profile or product page for their accepted payment methods.

How do I track my order?

You can track your orders by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section. You'll see the current status of each order, from pending to delivered.

What is the return/refund policy?

For delivered orders, you can request a return or refund through the "My Orders" section. Select the order you want to return, provide a reason, and submit your request. The seller will review and process your request accordingly.

How do I contact a seller?

You can contact sellers through the chat feature. Visit the seller's profile page and click "Message Seller", or go to your "Chat" section in your account dashboard to start a conversation.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the seller and your location. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days. You can check estimated delivery times on the product page or contact the seller directly.

Is my personal information secure?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel orders that are still in "Pending" status. Go to "My Orders", find the order you want to cancel, and click the "Cancel Order" button. Once an order is being processed, you'll need to contact the seller directly.

After receiving a delivered order, you can leave a review by going to "My Orders", finding the delivered order, and clicking "Write Review". You can rate the product and seller, and optionally upload photos.
